Warranty Policy

If you purchased your Paxvigo devices and accessories (the “Device”) from Paxvigo, the Warranty for the Device is provided by Paxvigo. The provider of this warranty is sometimes referred to herein as "we."

When you purchase a new Device, we warrant the Device against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for 2 years from the date of upon receipt. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the Device, and you follow the instructions for returning the Device, we will at our option, to the extent permitted by law, either (i) repair the Device using either new or refurbished parts, (ii) replace the Device with a new or refurbished Device that is equivalent to the Device to be replaced, or (iii) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the Device. This limited warranty applies, to the extent permitted by law, to any repair, replacement part or replacement device for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety days, whichever period is longer. All replaced parts and Devices for which a refund is given shall become our property. This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the Device that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or damage from other external causes, alteration, or repair.

At Paxvigo, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to provide a hassle-free return and refund experience. If you are not completely satisfied with our NEW Paxvigo products, you can request a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Paxvigo accepts returns for defective and non-defective products and accept exchanges in US, UK, and other countries worldwide. The return processing time is 3 working days.

Please note that the 30-day money back guarantee only applies to new Paxvigo products.

Beyond the 30-day period, Paxvigo will not be responsible for any refunds. However, within the limited warranty period, we may offer product exchange services if the product condition meets our return or exchange terms (these terms will be outlined in detail below), with the shipping costs to be borne by the customer.

Our dedicated Paxvigo tech technicians are committed to providing lifetime tech support service to all our valued customers.

For products purchased from channels other than the official Paxvigo online store, specific policies of each platform apply. Paxvigo is not responsible for refund and return policies of third-party platforms, resellers, or distributors.

Important Note: Generally, orders that have been shipped out cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel dispatched order(s), you will be responsible for the shipping charges. Paxvigo will not be accountable for any duty or additional charges.

Return Policy

If Paxvigo products do not meet your requirements, you can return the new products for a full refund within 30 days. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Please note that all refurbished products are NOT refundable and NOT returnable. In case of any product issue, please contact our tech support team for further assistance.

Paxvigo is not responsible for any shipping fees for returning products that are in good quality.

Return Products for Refund Within 30 Days

To ensure a smooth return and refund process, please verify the products meet the following inspection criteria:

  • The products for refund must be packed in the original manufacturer packaging and securely shipped.
  • The products are returned with all items, including but not limited to the products themselves, accessories, standard labels, user manuals, CDs, etc.
  • The products are in perfect condition, free from any damages such as dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement, or damages resulting from power surges.
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

Once the returned items successfully arrive at Paxvigo's warehouse for inspection, and our staff confirms the products meet the inspection criteria, we will arrange the refund or replacement as soon as possible.

Return Defective Products Within the Warranty Period

If your Paxvigo products become defective within the l2-year imited warranty period, you may return the products to Paxvigo for repair or replacement.

If the products are defective (not manmade) upon receipt within 30 days, you can return them to Paxvigo for a full refund or replacement, with Paxvigo covering the shipping fees.

Beyond the 30-day period but within the 1-year warranty (for new products only), a full refund is not available.

For replacing or repairing defective products (not manmade) beyond 1 year but within the 2-year warranty, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees back and forth.

Shipping in the Return Process

For your convenience, we recommend using a traceable carrier to ship the products to the assigned address provided by us. Paxvigo is not liable for any loss or damage to the returned products during shipping or transition.

If there are any international fees incurred during transit or shipping, including but not limited to duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc., customers are responsible for covering these costs.

If the returned products are tested and found to be non-defective or not covered by the Paxvigo limited warranty, you will be responsible for arranging the shipment for the returned products from Paxvigo to your location/address.

Paxvigo is not responsible for any shipping costs and assumes no responsibility for the returned products in the following situations, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs:

  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect confirmed by our Paxvigo technician.
  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase.
  • Buyer's accidental returns.
  • Returning personal items.
  • Returning defective items in international shipping. (Paxvigo is ONLY responsible for domestic shipping fees for returning defective products. We are not liable for any shipping costs when defective products are shipped internationally, such as from Canada to the US).
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process).
